Meditating with Meditation Beads-Friday, August 8th at 7pm.
Learn to quiet your mind by using your inside attachments ( your breath, chanting or mantra ) with an outside attachment (moving meditation beads in a certain pattern with your breath, chant or mantra). During meditation, when your mind/ego wanders, using these techniques will help you be aware and bring you back to your intention: creating the silence we are all craving. Each person will receive his/her own string of Meditation Beads and written as well as verbal instructions. $25.00 Space is limited and pre-registration is required for this class.
